Pregnancy Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching during pregnancy will include a review of your medical history and health goals, an assessment of your current diet, discussion of the key nutrients needed for you and your developing baby during your current trimester of pregnancy, natural solutions to address common health complications that arise during pregnancy (fatigue, morning sickness, heartburn, constipation, etc.), a review of supplements and whether they would be appropriate for your situation, and practical steps to establish healthy eating behaviors that can be easily incorporated in to your daily routine.
